At Locatel Health & Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Locatel account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
